Ghaima Engineering Pvt. Ltd (GEPL) is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company which has an experience spanning over five years in making and designing high quality cable tray and cable management systems such as cable ducts, trunking and accessories. Cable trays are very useful in a number of fields. Their application in the electrical wiring of buildings ranges from power distribution to communication. These are used in lieu of open wiring or electrical conduit systems and are commonly used for cable management in commercial and industrial construction. They are quite user friendly as new cables can be easily installed by simply laying them in the tray instead of pulling them through a pipe. Normally cable trays are made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminium or glass-fibre reinforced plastic. The selection of material is done on the basis of installation environment.
Cable trays are of different types, their deciding factor being their application. A solid-bottom tray provides the maximum protection to cables but is difficult to install. A ventilated tray has openings in the bottom of the tray which allows for some air circulation around the cables along with water drainage. A ladder tray has the cables supported by a traverse bar.

Apart from the previously mentioned items, the company also manufactures accessories such as clamps, connecting pieces and z-section (for support and installation of the cable trays). GEPL has all the required technical facilities for the above mentioned items with qualified employees. It is an SSI unit registered with the Directorate of Industries, Maharashtra. The corporate office of the GEPL is situated close to the Mulund (West) railway station, Mumbai. Products on offer include cable trays in Ladder type & perforated type in a variety of material and finishes. The cable trays are fabricated in Mild steel, Stainless steel, Aluminium and also can be provided in Pre-Galvanised sheet steel. Various finishes like hot dip galvanized, Epoxy or Enamel painted and Powder coated are also offered.
Among the many machines in possession of GEPL, some are Shearing Machine, Press brake Machine, Power Press, Automated Perforated Punching Machine, Shaping Machine, Surface Grinder, Lathe Machine, Drilling Machine, Welding Machine, CO2 Welding Machine, Grinding Machine, Bench Grinder and Spot Welding Machine.
